Events Schedule

This is the detailed itinerary for two days full of love, laughter (and liquor)! As with all Indian weddings, there will be no shying away from a lot of dancing, food and drinks, so we recommend wearing comfortable footwear and clothing so you can enjoy the festivities to the fullest.

The Haldi ceremony is a joyful pre-wedding tradition where turmeric paste is applied to the bride and groom by family and friends. The yellow turmeric is known for its auspiciousness and healing properties. This golden ritual symbolizes purification, blessings for prosperity, and protection from evil.

Outfit Recommendation: Shades of yellow. Blend in the colours of turmeric!

Sangeet Night

7:00 PM onwards

Palace North Lawn

A lively pre-wedding celebration filled with music, dance and joyous performances. The evening will begin with the families performing rituals celebrating the groom (tilak ceremony) and the bride (godh-bharai). Celebrations will follow with family and friends coming together to sing, dance and create unforgettable memories.

Outfit Recommendation: Go crazy with colours! It's a regal Jodhpuri night.

The wedding starts with the baraat, the groom's procession with music and dancing to the bride's "home". The ceremony proceeds with the varmala, where the couple meets for the first time and exchanges garlands. This is followed by the sacred pheras, where the seven vows are taken around the holy fire, signifying their eternal union.
